Pregnancy after IUD

Ok ladies I'm trying to have another baby. This will be my 3rd child. I had my IUD taken out late July and we have been trying since. With my other 2 kids I feel like I was pregnant if u looked at me. Now that I'm actually trying it seems impossible. I'm 34 so I'm sure that is an issue. Am I still able to get pregnant? Is this a lost cause, I'm getting frustrated that it hasnt happened overnight which I know doesn't help anything. Any ideas or thoughts on this? Thanks!!
