I have the medela swing and it helps with my pain if I haven't pumped

I have Hygeia from my insurance, and a Medela Swing as a hand-me-down. I like that I can dual pump with the Hygeia, but I like the pumping style of the Medela Swing (initially it's a 2 minute short suckling, then long and slow). Good luck.

From my research Spectra. I have Spectra S1. Quiet and not painful at all. Pumped 3oz this AM 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

I got the Spectra through my insurance for free and I have been having a hard time with my milk I don't really pump that often I love my Snapchat works really great but my son started sleeping through the night and I didn't wake up to pump and that was my issue but they gave me a Medela Pump to see if that helps at all and I actually like my Spectra pump better
