Infertile at 21 years old?

You guys. don't know what's wrong with me. Was diagnosed with PCOS November 2016, and was taking the mini pill since April 2016. I've have occasional periods which is normal with this pill. I got off it august 16, finally got my period August 24th 2017 and felt like a normal period. TODAY ----CD 41 no period, no signs, no symptoms, 15 BFN. Wahh. Only 21 and I'm married, have had ALOT of unprotected sex 😅 since august and not suprised if I'd be pregnant but why haven't I had a BFP? I even went to the doctor but NHS refuses to give me a blood test 😂
