Exercise?

I’m usually a very active person, working out 5-6 times a week, but I just can’t find the energy to now! I wake up at 5AM to go to work so not happening before work and when I get home I’m just so exhausted down to the bone. Anyone have any tips or suggestions to get back on the wagon again during the first trimester? My mom gained 80 pounds with me and I want to stay as far away from that as possible!
