Not sure if he's still interested in me?

So I met this dude online 2 months ago. He lives a hour and some change away. He's came to my town and saw me twice already but when me and this dude first started talking and up to a few weeks ago we would conversate all day! About anything and everything! Never a dull moment. He would always ask if he can see me, he would text me EVERY morning directly after he get up saying goodmorning and he would also FaceTime me on his breaks. He would also text me every night saying goodnight. For the past week and a half he haven't been doing any of this! He don't say goodmorning like he use to. He don't text me goodnight and we don't text throughout the day like we use to. We will go hours without texting. I will text him and then hours later call him and he'll be like " I'm riding around" so that means he got my message but chose not to text back. He just waits hours to reply. Whenever we do talk it's really boring!!! Not like how we use to talk at all! He haven't been saying he wants to see me or he misses me. The other day we got into a little argument about how I never come to see him but he came down twice for me. He thinks I'm not putting in any effort. To be honest I'm not because I don't want my parents to find out I'm going o his house. He say he's not coming down here no more until I start showing more effort. Could he be slowly fading away from me since I'm not putting in any effort? I'm just so confused. I REALLY like him and I told him about how things has changed with him. But he said he enjoy talking to me. Could it possibly be another girl? Or could he just be busier than normal? I wants to talk to him about all this again, but I don't want to aggravate him!
