Is this a positive OPK?

I feel like I am always so confused on these things...I'm on CD 20 and typically have 28 day cycles so I just assume that I have already ovulated. However, I decided to do an opk this evening and the following is a picture of it. Is this positive? If so, does that mean that I most likely ovulate late? Thanks for any feedback. I am currently in my ninth cycle of TTC for baby #1 and am wondering if maybe I ovulate later than I thought and maybe that's a reason that nothing has happened yet. Thanks again!
