Concerned

Okay ladies... my husband and I have been having sex unprotected for almost 2 Years now. Never have we gotten pregnant, but I have not had a period for September and I know it’s only the second but I’m having a lot of clear mucus discharge, also on September 30th I had a very dark blackish blood clot come out, but that is it. Nothing else since, except the mucus clear discharge. Help please. I don’t know what’s going on. I’ve been having tons of sharp pains near my belly button for the past week. Thanks in advance
