Calling any military moms

I am pregnant with my first baby and I have Tricare prime. I REALLY hate my hospital. I won't be delivering there because we are moving again in October, but I'm afraid that all the base hospitals are awful like mine. I even had to sign a no videotaping agreement for this hospital. Videotaping is really important to me. Do all the base hospitals not allow that? I'm thinking about downgrading my insurance to tricare standard just so I can get the birthing experience that I want. Has anyone else had issues like this?
