Need advice !!!
So went to the dr today and was told baby is head down :) yaaaayy for that considering I was scheduled for a cesarean on Friday, but was also told I'm only dilated to a 1 and my cervix is really thick what can I do to help it thin out in order to have a vaginal birth and avoid another c section?? Any one know anything that could help
