So my friend is hoping to soon rent a place of her own with her new boyfriend for them and her two sons. For the past few months since splitting with her son's father she's been renting rooms from friends and bouncing from place to place so this will be a big step for her. The only issue is that she will literally have nothing. I already have made plans to have my fiance and I use our truck to go pick up free furniture we find on let go and offer up once she is in the place but I want to do more for her because I know how much she's been struggling. So I would like to know what gifts helped you when you first got a place of your own. maybe even some kitchen and bathroom gift basket ideas. And when I say she has nothing for a place I mean it. The only thing she owns is clothing for her and her kids and a few toys for them. I also have already taken it upon myself to do her sons room. They are 2 and 4 years old so any ideas for that would be great too! thanks in advance!
