I'm possibly (waiting on labs) very early pregnant. I work maybe 2 times a week around X-ray/radiology machines. **Without telling my boss I'm pregnant, what excuse can I use to avoid the machines (I don't want t take ANY chances with the baby)

**Why I don't want to tell my boss: I work in a very small (10 people) animal hospital and we are all so close! Much like family! This will be my fourth pregnancy this year (two miscarriages, 1 ectopic). They knew every time, because of the health concern around the equipment. I didn't work with everyone, everyday, so EVERDAY people were asking about the pregnancy, and all of the stress killed me, so I'd really like to keep it quiet. Until I'm about 8 weeks.
