OPK test neg?

I'm supposed to O October 4th. I took a opk test, It was no surge, :(  I'm getting so bummed .. am I over thinking? ?

Have you been using the tests beforehand too or just on o day? You get a surge the day before ovulation (it's called your peak day) so might have just missed it. Also if you're basing it off of the apps prediction remember that it's just guessing so you want to use an opk everyday to actually pin point your ovulation.

Yes, what Jenifer said. You need to be temping and opk'ing in addition to the apps. The apps were off for me.
