Possible to lose weight?

I’m 10 weeks right now and have told to be on rest till 3 months so no working out nuthing and no morning sickness nuthing, infact Iv been so hungry Iv just been eating but now Iv like out on 4 kgs and I was already overweight to start with and I just see myself and see a huge fat person and it puts me so down... is it possible to lose weight in the second trimester considering I start with my walks and swimming and pilates and I eat healthy instead of junk food? Anyone had a similar experience or lost weight during 2nd trim by working out and eating healthy? Pls motivation needed I wanna enjoy my pregnancy not feel low on how I look
