Need some advice...

Okay so tomorrow I am suppose to start my fertile days. And the app says that the 9th is my ovulation day. Yesterday evening I have this pinching feeling on my left side that lasted about an hour and went away. Could that be anything I should really be concerned about? Thank you in advance😊
