Just Nerves?

Two weeks ago I was with my S/O and we did have a miscommunication while having sex. He did cum in me but I am on the depo shot and I know it has a failure rate of 1%. And I've been up to date with all of them. I just have a weird irritating problem in my stomach and I don't know if it's possible or if I'm just making myself super nervous! Just need to know what you think! I haven't taken a pregnancy test or anything but might if you guys think I should!
