Does hpv cause blisters by the anus?

So I was diagnosed with HPV. And a few days ago I noticed a rash by my anus. And now they look like sores, they are open. But you can't really they are sores unless you look very closely, when I first see it, it just looks like a rash. Of course I did my research and it says herpes comes out on your genitals not your anus. I don't know if that's true but HPV gives you watts which do appear on your anus as well. I don't know you guys are any doctors and you can't diagnosed me but maybe someone here who has HSV can help me out. I'm waiting to hear back from my doctor and I'm too anxious to wait. Thanks!
