Could it be a sign??

Currently on round one of clomid just entered the two week wait officially, been asking god for a sign of hope and this was delivered to my house in MY name. My tubes are clear and his SA was normal so our problem is the ovulation due to my PCOS. Hoping the clomid worked & and this is a sign.....I did buy a friend baby showers gift off of her registry not sure why they’d send me this (I’ve bought baby gifts before and never got anything). Could be a reachhhh but still 🤞🏽pray for me y’all I need some baby dust
