Me and hubby tried naturally for almost 2 years and then the doc suggested an un medicated iui since I was still ovulating on my own! Well the first try worked! Tested four days before my missed period and got a blazing positive! Only symptom I had was being tired, urinating more frequently, and headaches. So happy!!!!! 😭😃
