Help! Eptopic pregnancy?

I'm 6 weeks 4 days and I starting having some very light spotting this morning accompanied with pain on my right side near my hip. It's not a cramping pain but hurts when I move or twist in a certain way, kind of like a pulled muscle. I spoke with a doctor and they were concerned that it sounded like an eptopic pregnancy so I made an appointment with my gp for tomorrow and will hopefully get an ultrasound. 
Im just so scared and was hoping that someone might have had a similar experience or could offer some reassurance?

If they were concerned then they should have advised you to go straight to the hospital as an emergency, ectopic can be very dangerous, you shouldn't be waiting until tomorrow to be seen. Good luck

Your GP has an ultrasound? Mine doesn't so I would double check.

I’m 7 weeks 2 days and just got seen yesterday for the same thing except I’m not bleeding just lots of pain for the past 6 days. The baby is fine but when they did the ultrasound the tech was pushing right where it hurt so i think the baby is just making room to grow and it’s painful since it’s near my damn ovary! My friend also said at 2 months she had spotting and pain and it was just implantation bleeding/pain. Not sure if that’s your case too but I wish you the best of luck at your appt tomorrow.

Light spotting and minor cramping are normal symptoms to have early on in pregnancy. If the pain because severe or the bleeding becomes heavier and bright red however go to the ER right away.
