how much does your baby cry and nap?

my baby is 17 weeks and she naps only for a combined 30 minutes a day on average...at night she's down from 11pm to 11am though, waking maybe twice to breastfeed. During the day she's pretty happy, definitely has a short temper and will fuss often..i feel like I can't ever just really relax with her, she doesn't really 'chill'. if i sit down she will usually cry, I have to either constantly interact with her or walk around to keep her in a good mood. is this normal? my husband seems to think it's not, and that we have an especially difficult little angel. She does have reflux and is exclusively breastfed
