Announce or wait?

So I’m 10 weeks. I went to my OB today to listen to the heart beat and she told me that if I wanted to announce I could. She said the percentage of miscarriage is 2% at the highest. Now I’m so excited and want to announce today! What do you think?

If you want to go for it! I announced at 5 weeks- but I was certain those I told I loved and would help me if something happened, I don't keep people who are unsympathetic in my life.

I know everybody thinks it's ok but I would personally wait because when I was 2 days why of 12 weeks I had a miscarriage with my first pregnancy at 17 and everyone knew I felt horrified and embarrassed because I didn't want any pity and I was so young too. not saying this is gonna happen to you but just think about waiting. best of luck to you!

We waited until we were 15 weeks or so besides parents and siblings.

I'm 10 weeks and we're about to announce to family only, closest friends soon. I don't want to announce on social media until the anatomy scan and we know everything is okay.
