Bariatric Surgery & Pregnancy

I had Gastric Sleeve surgery done December 14th 2016, and I am 5 weeks pregnant tomorrow! Before surgery they said that waiting a year is the best, but here I am 10 months out of surgery and pregnant! ❤️❤️ Before surgery, I was told that the chances of me conceiving was slim to non, after almost 9 years of trying due to how bad my PCOS is/was and my uterus being so hostile. I’m glad to have lost 104lbs because I’m 100% certain that because of my weight loss and a ✨miracle✨ this is even happening. My question is, has anyone here gotten pregnant after bariatric surgery? If so, what was it like? Was your baby underweight because of restrictions? Are there things I should know right from the get go?
