What would you think if your sister/ daughter/ friend went from Plain Jane to Bombshell ?

Question

So I want to change my look, lose about 50 pounds, change my curly hair to straight hair, get my nails done every two weeks starting wearing heels 70 % of the time. Wear fashionable clothes and shoes. I'm scared that my family would be upset about it. I've looked the same way laid back sneakers,  curly hair, modest clothing , little to no jewelery. Basically Plain Jane, now I want to be a Bombshell.

Why would anyone answer anything else but “great for her?”

I will happy for her! Actually I'm doing the same, I turned 26 in September, I started to wear heels, use makeup (very, very little) I'm dressing a little bit better, I'm doing more exercise, I'm taking care of myself for the first time in my life. Good luck with your life changing.

it's your choice who cares what anyone else thinks as long as you are happy with your look. I will say though the heels thing is gunna be killer on the feet.

If it's something that's going to make you happy and have a better self esteem about yourself I say go for it. Don't pay attention to what others say as in your friends and family. It's your life, it's your body and you deserve to be and feel happy whatever way you choose to x

My main thing is wondering who it’s for.... if it is for yourself and it is what you feel good doing, then go for it! But if it is for someone else because they are telling you that you aren’t perfect, then I have concerns about the relationship and you’re safety within it.

If you voted anything there than "great for her" then YOU have issues. 
I wouldn't care in the first place, but yeah great for her. 
Btw there's nothing wrong with changing your look. I did that and my family saw it as a sign of becoming mature I suppose? I was one of the plain gals. I got my glow up in college. I started wearing makeup, getting nails done, dressing nice, dying hair to my liking, getting eyelash extensions, piercing my ears, you name it. 
If it makes you feel good, then that's all that matters. Go for it.
