I need help! Is this normal...? Do other vaginas look like this?

I recently had rough sex about 2 weeks ago. It was so bad that when I woke up the next day I found this and a bruise from my inner thigh all the way to the inside of my vagina. It was completely purple. The bruising has gone down some. There is still light bruising on my clitoris and the skin around it. What I am most worried about is this!! Is this normal? At first I was thinking it could be a cyst, but I’m not sure. It doesn’t hurt at all and it’s flesh colored so my mind is boggled. I know I should go to the doctor but I have no insurance or money for a co-pay. All feedback is welcome. Thank you
