Missed miscarriage?

On Monday I was told I'm going to miscarry at 7 weeks.. 😢
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday I have been spotting and cramping very little. But now today nothing.
So my question is, do you think maybe is was a misdiagnosis? Idk what to think and this waiting game is fucking with my head..

My friend was told very early she was going to have a miscarriage because she was bleeding and they didn't see the baby in the sac. Come to find out she had a subchronic hemorrhage & that was causing her cramps and spotting and blood. She is almost in her third trimester! Misdiagnosis is always a possibility, personally I'd be looking for a second opinion from another doctor.

It depends on why they think that. Your levels were low?  No heartbeat on ultrasound?
