High heart rate ?

Is It normal for your heart rate to be 110 ?? I’m literally doing nothing but laying down and can feel my heart pounding throughout my whole body 😳😩

Do you take any kind of medication or drink coffee? Normally my resting heart rate is in the high 80’s, low 90’s, but I am on an ADHD medicine and also drink coffee, and my HR stays at 110-125bpm throughout the day, whether I’m just laying around or not.

that high isn't normal unless you have caffeine in your system. my resting heart rate is about 86 right now which is in the "healthy" range. I would let your OB know and if they aren't concerned you are probably fine
