panic attacks while pregnant

am i the only person that seem to keep having panic attacks i didnt before i was pregnant now its like i cant breath and my heart is going to just burst im all sweaty and i cant even speak !! please someone tell me what is going on because i am not stressed by anything so why is this happening to me 😢😢😢😨
