I think both are equally as hard, but in different ways.

Easier how? leaving your baby is never easy, sometimes financially it makes things harder. Being a stay at home mom isn't a walk in the park and is far from 'easy'. it depends on the kind of person uou are, but neither are easy options.

I didn’t read the question correctly. Working vs stay at home Mum isn’t easier. They’re both different so you can’t really compare them.. there’s a lot that you have to do in both roles that goes by unnoticed

I've done all 3....worked full time with my first, part time with my second, stay at home with my 3rd. They're all hard in their own ways.

Both are hard for me going back to work would be the more difficult thing to do. I'm going to stay home & take care of my baby.
