Yesterday n today around the same time I've been getting here horrible lower back pains that make me want to cry I just lay on my side n put ice n hot n it helps it a little, in worried because iveheard of back pain labor n I'm worried about this I'm a ftm along with these back pains it's my hips that hurt n I get like cramps but they're not super painful my uterus just feels really heavy, also theygo away by the afternoon but It's still there just not as bad is someone else dealing with this ?:/
