I had sex 3 days before my period was supposed to start and started taking antibiotics one day before my period was supposed to start, I am two days late, could I be pregnant? or is it more likely that I haven’t gotten my period because of the antibiotics?

I was supposed to start 27-30 of September and I didn't. We had sex on the 16th. I was supposed to start a antibiotic for a ear infection but I ended up starting it the 18th. All I know is a couple of days ago I was a bit nauseous, I had a rash on the bottom of my neck this morning and have been using the bathroom in the middle of the night. I would take a test if you missed your period just to be safe.
