Gestational diabetes test

I'm 25.4 days pregnant and at the lab today one of my glucose levels came back high after I drank the sugary drink. Now I have to see my doctor on Monday to discuss these results. Should I be worried about 1 high glucose level? Has anyone else had this happen? Do I have Gestational diabetes?!
