29 to 34 day cycles

So I stopped taking my bc in April and have continued to still have 29 day cycles until Sept I had a 34 day cycle..I’m sure due to a stressful week at work. Would I continue to have a 34 day cycle now?? I’m past 29 days now this month and have had some mild symptoms like sore nipples and Indigestion but no big sign of AF!!
