pill mishap..but im not opposed to a little one

so im 22. diagnosed with pcos at about 16. irregular periods and such. so past about 2 or 3 months ive been on ocella & metformin. was trying to avoid pregnancy because im a newly wed and didnt even want to chance it just yet long story short. we were celebrating our 1 year anniversary so naturally a lot of unprotected sex happened...the problem is i missed the first 4 pills in the pack due to a mix up with the pharmacy... i didnt make them up because i just assumed it didnt matter...when we came back from our trip i felt random spells of like floaty, light headedness, nausea but no puke, back pain, stomach cramps at random, right ovary discomfort, burping A LOT, sleepy but restless, VERY moody (my poor husband), then over emotional like i will crt instantly, .. could i possibly be expecting? is it too soon to tell? or is this probably just because i missed first 4 pills. thanks for your time
