I am 36+4 went to doc yesterday and am 1 cm dilated. She didn't tell me what % effaced but did say baby's head was in position. I have been having menstrual like cramps and lower back pain since Tuesday and (tmi) I've been having little bits of mucus every time I wipe but not the whole plug yet. Breasts are leaking but I know that can happen weeks before birth. I just want to know if anyone was in a similar situation to me and wasn't long before they went into labor? I am anxious to meet my baby girl.
