Am I doing something wrong here!?!

Do any other December 2016 moms out there still rock their baby for sleeping time???  😭

Yep! At our last check up the doc said that was why he was not sleeping through the night and advised me to stop. Every night I rock him to sleep with a bottle. But lately he will do this log roll and keep flopping his head on my chest so after the bottle and some rocks I lay him in his crib and he goes to sleep. For naps I rock him downstairs and take him up to his crib once he falls asleep. I love that snuggle time with him. Just watching his precious face 💚

I do too - nurse and rock to sleep. If I don’t he just stands up in the crib and cries. I didn’t have to when he was around 4-5 months old but we moved him into his room and into his crib and ever since he needs the nursing and rocking.

I did up until two weeks ago and now after a few days sleep training at bedtime she just goes straight in to her cot and goes to sleep. Daytime still has to be rocked tho

We nurse to sleep over here!! It’s terrible & she hardly passes out without it. Child #3 & repeating the same old “mistakes”!

Unfortunately we do this too. He does not sleep through the night but we started trying a modified cry it out method which absolutely kills me.

I rock my princess to sleep but once I put her down I don't pick her back up now she sleeps til like 9:30am

I just nurse her in her room on the rocker. it works for us.
