Hey moms I’m 34 weeks today but I’ve had mild contractions on and off for a couple weeks now.. they did the ffn test twice. Today the second time and my dr sent me to hospital because of the contractions the monitor picked up.. I didn’t even feel pain.. I just randomly get sharp lower pains like sore pelvic pains throughout the day.. Anyways I’m posting because it’s extremely painful for me wen I get my cervix checked 😥 idk why I can not relax down there.. is there anything I can do to make it better ? Or is it generally going to be painful no matter what
