Can’t find a connection with the other groups

Hi ladies, I’m 39 and currently 11wk 5days. The 35 and over group doesn’t respond well or barely post. Hopefully I’m welcomed. I’m pregnant with my fifth child and decided to take the panorama test with this one. I had my last child at 34. With this test some concerns came back with the trisomy 21 trait. I have four healthy kids from 19-4. How accurate are these test? I have been stressed ever since the results and that isn’t healthy..... Hello from the other side of 40.
