Has anyone that’s pregnant or was pregnant ever dreamed of miscarriage ?

I dreamt I was bleeding bad & misscarriaging , has anyone ever had a dream like this while pregnant ? I sometimes also dream of how my baby will look , but I’m very concerned about the bleeding dream , has anyone dreamt this & went full term w their pregnancy ? This scared me.

I'm 20 weeks & have had several dreams like this, not sure why but i have realized i worry a lot about whether or not my baby is okay so that could be a reason

I used to when I was like 6-10 weeks because I had a miscarriage previously from this pregnancy. I would wake up crying and now I just have dreams of me holding him and he hates me but they are just dreams! 
I’m 34 weeks now and so far he’s healthy and kicking like crazy

I have been have random dreams that I'll miscarry then yesterday at 8w4d I started bleeding but only for a little while. Went to the doctor and the baby is fine strong heart beat and measuring right on track. Couldn't figure out why I bled.  I think we are just so terrified of it happening that it carries over to our dreams. Try to relax and speak positive thoughts your pregnancy. It doesn't help that I've already had a miscarriage in the past.
