Bleeding after seeing heartbeat??

So I bled on Wednesday, had an ultrasound Thursday that showed our little peanut’s heartbeat! Doc thought it was just implantation bleeding. Now I’m bleeding again, the day after we saw the heartbeat and I’m freaking out. 
Any stories or advice?? This has been the most stressful 7 weeks of my life 😭😭

I had bleeding maybe a week after my first appointment. It was just a gush if blood, dark like a period, but that was it. No cramping or anything.  I called my OB , who told me if I had any concerns to not be afraid to call, no matter how small it may be, and they'll determine if I need to come in. She told me to go in, she did another transvaginal US and everything turned out fine. She made me go on bed rest (two weeks of no work, basically) just to be safe and everything was all good. It was actually the time my MS started so I was able to cope with it at home.
29 weeks now, baby girl is still going strong.

When my sister was pregnant with muy niece, she bled like she was on her period and she was very scared. When she went to the doctor they said she was fine and that bleeding happens during pregnancies more than people think. My niece is turning 6 on the 23rd of this month. So her pregnancy turned out okay. You'll be fine. Stress might make it worse. But if you really feel like you need to be seen again, go to the doctor.

I had the same issue, but I didn’t get any confirmation from doctor that it was implantation bleeding. I bled on and off, just no blood clots or super bright red blood
