Help!

I’m on day 18 of my cycle. 7th month of TTC (first time) Every month prior, I’ve ovulated on days 14 or 15. I do opk every day during fertile week just to be safe. Still no surge and I’m starting to get worried. I have been off my BC for 8 months I wouldn’t be worried if the 7 month’s before hadn’t been like clockwork with ovulation and AF. (Except the day of the eclipse. She surprised me 3 days early that month). Should I be worried? Am I over-reacting/over thinking? Help ease my mind! My husband just says “bodies do weird things. Don’t freak out. It will happen when it happens.”
