My baby is lactating???

Question

So this is a bit weird, but my daughter is 3 weeks old today and I've noticed the last two days she has swollen breast tissue (which is apparently normal due to my hormones impacting her). However my partner and I just notice she appears to be actually lactating milk?? (She is otherwise very healthy and happy) 
Has anyone else had this happen?!

My daughter had a full period at a couple weeks old! Isn't it crazy how much our hormones affect these little babies? Totally normal!

There is a thing called Giantism that causes babies to develop much faster than normal in areas such as getting pubic hair and things like that. I'd check with your pediatrician because I know someone that actually has a little girl that was diagnosed very early. Just thought I'd put that out there.

it happens to boys as well....it can be squeezed out....I squeezed some out everyday with my son until it was all gone....it doesn't happen anymore but i check once in a while

Yup my son never lactate but his glands were so swollen and I felt like he was going to also a little lol he had had hair on his baby parts since three weeks old due to my nursing him, I was so freaked out
