Therapy
So, I have some questions about therapy, but no one to ask, so here I am.
1. How does one go about establishing whether or not they need therapy?
2. How do you find a therapist, much less one you're comfortable with?
3. How much does therapy tend to cost?
4. How do you tell those around you (family/friends) about wanting/needing therapy without making it uncomfortable?
5. What do you do if you don't know what to talk about (while at therapy), or can't open up?
6. How do you handle not wanting to talk about your emotions, but know you need to do it?
Personally, I have difficulty dealing with my emotions, and tend to just bottle them up and pretend they aren't there. I've now reached a point that I will be feeling fine, doing normal stuff, then all of a sudden be filled with complete and unexpected anger. I know I should talk about it, but hate dealing with my emotions...
