Concerned

So I have taken 3 test and they all have faint lines. I am 12 dpo... I have been cramping for awhile now. It’s not like period cramps though. I’ve been reading and trying to figure out what it could be and all I keep seeing is miscarriage. Should I be worried? There was even one lady who said my faint line test looked like something you get when you have had a miscarriage 🙁🙁 can you cramp in your stomach and it not be a bad thing?!!???!?
