Ladies i need your help. Since having bub 11 days ago my face has gone absolutely horrendous. It's quite painful and i can't stand to look at myself in the mirror let alone anyone else. Does anyome have suggestions on things to help me? I've tried mud masks plus products i was using during pregnancy but nothing helps. I've also tried benzac wash which has benzol peroxide in it. Has anyone tried using breastmilk? I appreciate any suggestions as I'm so desperate

*Update - I started using witch hazel and Effaclar yesterday and can already see a difference. My skin isn't as sore and the pimples have started flaking off. I've also made an appointment to see a dermatologist in a few weeks. Thanks to everyone for their support/recommendations
