I've been going through fertility treatments for years now. Last month I did not ovulate (according to chart and mid cycle ultrasounds). I had a pregnancy test done (blood test) and it was negative. Long story short I didn't take the medicine to kick start my period on the off chance I could ovulate in what could be a new cycle (I'm on day 49). My boobs have been very sore for the past two weeks. Is there a chance I'm pregnant and it didn't show, or is it because my hormones are all messed up? I haven't been able to find much on the internet about it.
