I always feel like this

Last time i had sex he used condom but he came in my boobs and the semen was everywhere in my tights and everything. Im very regular and my cycle was supposed to stars today and i hasn't. And idk why I am scared. Does the penis has to be really inside a women so she can get pregnant? I have an anxiety disorder and i feel horrible.
