Bleeding after sex and decreased fetal movement 28 weeks...?

This morning me and my boyfriend had sex then I immediately started to bleed bright red blood. I have been having spotting on and off for hours after that. I haven't felt the baby move as much as normal. Should I be concerned and get it checked out?

Whenever you have bleeding that far into the pregnancy you should definitely go to the ER or at the very least call your doctor.
