No idea what is going on with my cycle...

So I had a baby on 2/17/17. I went on the mini pill at my 6 week appt, then switched to the regular pill when I stopped breastfeeding at the end of July. Here we are in Oct. I still have not had a period, even taking placebo pills. I have had fatigue and period like cramps on and off for months without any period or positive pregnancy test (LO started sleeping through the night at 3 months). Then three days ago, I started lactating again and have colostrum leaking from my nipples. I have also had hot flashes for the past few days. Has anyone had this happen? If you got pregnant on the pill, did your pregnancy end up being viable? What is going on with my hormones?!? Here's a first response from today with dark mid-day urine.
