Help , am I not ready now or will I never be ready?

Question

I thought I was ready to have a baby with my boyfriend of 7+ years , but lately since we’ve been trying I’ve been freaking out about if/when I do get pregnant , how it’ll be if I get nausea, I’m already pretty bad with nausea and throwing up , I will do whatever it takes to not throw up . Am I the only one ? Are there ways to avoid the nausea part ?

Yeah talk to your doctor about it and he or she can prescribe zofran to help. Nausea cannot be fully avoided but you can also help by eating six small meals a day instead of three big ones. Eat crackers and a glass of water before you go to bed and as you get up in the morning. Drink lots of fluids and keep healthy snacks like apples with you at all times so that when you feel nausea you can eat. Exercise daily yoga and Pilates or walking are great workouts for pregnancy and even kegel exercises can help in the long run if not with nausea then with birth itself. Stay away from meat (it makes it worse) and acids and stick with low acid fruits and lots of carbs and breads. Veggies are also a great option. Basically the healthier you treat your body the less nausea you'll have. Avoid soda cakes and candies and just be a healthier version of you.

Unfortunately, no. Keep in mind not every woman gets morning sickness, but there's no way to avoid it- if you get it, ya get it. There's ways to help it like ginger, candies, meds etc. But on the more not-so-bright-side, I'm sorry but morning sickness is not the worst that comes in pregnancy. You'll be ok girlie don't worry! If it makes you feel any better I have a horrible stomach, had horrible morning sickness ending in IV's, and practically vomited my baby into this world during delivery but it's all a faint, faint memory now I have my son.
