-Honestly, I'm usually pretty chill with doctors but I'm 22 now and I haven't been to the gyno yet. I know it's super important ((sorta like going to the dentist haha)) but I just don't know what to expect and I've heard so much from so many people!

-What's got me thinking and worried is the possibility of ovarian cysts... I've had what seems to be them almost every cycle for the passed year and I should really get it checked cause you know... it hurts ((and also runs in the family sigh.)).

Any advice? How were your visits? Anything to mention that's important? Polite etiquette i.e what to do with down there before the check up 😂? Lol anything... thanks!!!!
